SLC part two

Our hunger for some vegan food was climbing so we headed to Vertical Diner.

The location was interesting, it seemed to be in an industrial park. The outside had a bunch of scooters parked around it. The inside was decorated with silver and black. Nothing too crazy but still fun looking.

Choosing what to eat was so hard. Everything on the menu looked so good. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy with a side of fried "chicken". Sean got some type of burrito or sandwich, I can't really remember. Sarah ordered a tofu scrambler which she never made it through. Lame. We all shared an order of fries. These fries were the best fries in SLC. They were really good and the best since that was the only fries we ate in SLC.

The next day we hit up the SLC Aviary. Heads up, lots of pictures!

Peacock on the roof!!!

What a day at the aviary. We just finished seeing all of the exhibits when it started to rain. We got lucky.
